Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of payments made for events and membership subscriptions through alumni-college.bagocity.info (the "Site").
2. Event Cancellations
- By Us: If an event is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Organizer will notify you of the cancellation and process the refund within number of business days indicated on event details.
- By You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify the organizer at least 5 days before the event to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund depending on event and organizing policy.
3. Event Rescheduling
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund from organizer within number of days indicated on event details.
4. No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you do not attend the event and have not canceled within the specified period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Membership Subscriptions
- Cancellation: You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. If you cancel within 3 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued for the remaining subscription period.
- Renewals: Membership subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each term. You will receive a reminder before the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items, such as merchandise or special add-ons, may be non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
